Prices, discounts, promotions and product availability may change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping costs, which will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the payment information is true and accurate.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

BL3SSD currently ships within Australia only.

Shipping costs, delivery options and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we will do our best to dispatch and deliver your order promptly, delivery may be affected by Australia Post or courier delays, public holidays, peak periods, incorrect delivery details, weather events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control. However, we will assist where reasonable if an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. BL3SSD is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by you.

If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery or non-collection, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Section 6 — Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through BL3SSD and forms part of these Terms.

BL3SSD does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, preference changes or where an item is no longer wanted, except where required by law.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair, replace or refund the item, depending on the circumstances.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or incorrect.

BL3SSD’s online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. However, any purchase you make from our store is a purchase directly from BL3SSD.

By using our website, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by BL3SSD or for any sales, customer service, shipping, returns or product-related matters between you and BL3SSD, except to the extent Shopify is required to act under applicable law or its own policies.
